Building a new product or solution and need some design/interaction feedback?

Are you a small startup, or solo designer?

I’ve been fortunate to have worked on design for apps used by millions. I’m very proud to have been part of a team that won an Apple Design Award. I’ve learnt (many times the hard way) some best practices in startups and product design. And I’ve got opinions, which are so hard to come by on the internet (ha ha).

I also realise the privileges that being a white man has given me. I’ve been giving design help through various channels, but now I’m opening up to the broader internets.

A note to women, and other non white-20-something-guys:
I’ve had multiple women in the past reach out and express that they questioned whether their question/topic was valid/worth my time. No men have done this. This is exactly the kind of bias that I’m hoping to help fight against. Please, do book my time and I will be as helpful as I can be. Technology, and our tech community suffers massively because of the current lack of diversity. Let’s fix this.

  • All calls via Zoom. Sorry, I don’t have time to do NDAs.

  • Available time is ~AEST. If you’re in Europe or the US, send me an email and we can work something out.

  • Some things you might like to ask about: App design, prototyping, marketing and word-smithing, branding.

Book some time on my calendar
